We have been doing some great units in Kindergarten but somehow I lost some of my photos on my ancient camera- maybe one day I'll invest in a new one. So, I'm going to post what I've got: a little bit of butterflies and a little bit of our Easter Egg Hunt!!
I really hate that I didn't take a picture of our finished Butterfly project. They wrote some sentences about butterflies and then made butterflies and pasted them to their writing. It was really cute!! Here they are working hard!!
Two of our books we used for our butterfly unit and below the flannel board to go with it!
Here are the butterflies that we hatched. The kids really loved it and we released them on the playground!
Here's Austin working on our Easter Project!
He's not looking to happy about it! LOL!
Getting ready for the egg hunt!! Mr. Shehane and Ms. Emily!!
Hurry, hurry find the eggs!!
The next photos are from our Easter Science Experiments! Thanks to Pinterest! We did the following activities: try to bust the egg, pulling an egg into a bottle with a match, grow a peep with baking soda and vinegar, and mix the peeps and watch the water change colors. The kids really enjoyed it.
Shake it up!!
